Asian Flavor in a tiny urban kitchen

So, Emily, having traveled all over Asia for a year, has been promising me for far too long to make homemade dumplings/potstickers/wontons/gyoza or whatever you want to call them. Emily is supposed to be in charge of all things Asian. In any case, last Friday night, we finally took a recipe from Smitten Kitchen again, and made fabulous vegetarian dumplings. Absolutely delicious with pilsner.

These are pretty easy to make with wonton wrappers from the store. They contain a delicious blend of napa cabbage, carrots, tofu, cilantro, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, and soy sauce. We served them with sweet Thai chili sauce.
