Whole wheat apple pecan muffins
Mushroom fried rice
Roasted carrot soup
Wheat berry salad w/ spinach, chickpeas & feta

Maybe even something sweet but I’ve had far too many cookies lately! On that note, I’m headed to the gym. Photos & recipes to come soon…
